Let's Collaborate!
Our ultimate goal is for you to walk into your space and say, "This is me! So getting to know you and your personal aesthetic is our #1 priority.
We begin with an initial consultation. We will look at inspirational photos and discuss your needs and priorities. From there, a detailed proposal is drawn up for your review.
We pride ourselves on being as transparent as possible to ensure our process is seamless, informative, and highly organized - we want our clients to feel taken care of every step of the way.
“A good collaboration pushes the boundaries of both partners.”
– Neil Blumenthal
Let's get started!
When you are ready to invest in your design, our first step is to dive into the concept.
This includes:
Basic measuring of the space. Explore several design options (space planning). These are presented in the form of floor plans, renderings, digital finish boards, inspirational photos, and select sample materials;
Put together preliminary budget;
Meet with the Clients to go over the design options; and
Revise preliminary furniture designs and budget based on the Client’s feedback at the meeting.
Finalizing your vision
After establishing a general plan of action, it’s time to finalize the overall vision into a cohesive, comprehensive design.
This includes:
Material & Furniture Selection and Finishes
Coordinate the selection of FF&E (furniture, finish, and equipment);
Client meetings to go over selections and approval of design development;
Purchase FF&E, and
Provide the Client with a specification book.
